Ron Suskind, author of The Way of the World: A Story of Truth and Hope in an Age of Extremism, will release interview transcripts which he claims confirm his allegation that Bush Administration officals ordered the CIA to fabricate documents linking the 9-11 terrorist attacks to Iraq.

Mr. Suskind’s recent book levels serious charges against Mr. Bush’s White House, and he should share his “proof” for public consumption.
Now if only the White House was as forthcoming.

I hope the people of the United States take a
hard look at the Bush years. If we look at
what happened during the last eight year, maybe
we can develop a real government by the people.
Whatever this guy says at this point, we invaded,
it is over, no one is going to touch Bush or his
friends. Lets get to doing something to Bush and
his group or lets move on.

Suskind’s interview on Fresh Air was pretty illuminating–he went into some detail about the ways his CIA sources are being pressured to change their story now that the book is out. I guess that it must have been a couple of bad apples in the CIA that forged that letter. Just like in Abu Ghraib, Guantanamo, the warrantless wiretaps, the judicial appointments…
