EPA Fuel For Thought

On Friday, Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger signed a bill removing trans fats from food served in California restaurants by 2010, and in all baked goods by 2011. New York City enacted a similar law in 2006, but California is currently the only state to enact a trans fat ban.
